Welcome to the MindShift Theory Wealth Lab. By enrolling in our program or using our proprietary apps (PACE, Wealth Grid, etc.), you agree to the following terms.
1. The "Wealth Lab" Ecosystem
The Wealth Lab is a membership-based platform providing educational content, behavioral tools, and community support. Access is granted solely to the registered user. Sharing login credentials or distributing "Knowledge Vault" content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
2. Subscription & Access
Membership: Your access continues as long as your subscription is active and in good standing.
Fees: You agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. MindShift Theory LLC reserves the right to change pricing, but will provide 30 days' notice to active members.
The 7-Day Guarantee: We offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you must submit a written refund request within 168 hours (7 days) of your initial purchase to receive a full refund.
3. Intellectual Property
All tools, including the PACE App, Wealth Grid, and Wealth Compass, along with all video and written content, are the exclusive property of MindShift Theory. You are granted a non-transferable license to use these tools for personal financial engineering only. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute our software or frameworks.
4. Inner Circle Conduct
The "Inner Circle" is a space for "Wealth Engineers" to grow. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
Harassment or "trolling" of other members.
Soliciting or "pitching" other members on outside business opportunities.
Sharing private member data outside of the group. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in removal from the community.
5. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that financial engineering involves risk. MindShift Theory is not liable for any financial losses, data inaccuracies provided by the user, or your inability to achieve specific results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.
